Depends what your interests are. There are a shitton good games already out on the switch and 2019 will also be bountyfull. If you have the money, i'd say go for it! I got one and don't regret it in the slightest.

I travel a lot so I bought it and some games I really like it both handheld and docked tho I feel like games like Zelda are just made for bigger screens

I enjoy mine, great for sofa portable gaming or on tele. Also no censorship if that is a concern for you.

New ones are already scheduled to come out in july i believe. Ones a more powerful version but its not portable and the other is a more handheld only.

It depends on 2 primary things: 1) If you are a fan of nintendo game and patient then yes because very good games are coming to switch but it takes time to make a great game 2) It has decent graphics but it’s still a handheld console, a really impressive one but don’t have the power of a PS4 or a fully equipped PC, if you don’t mind that then buy it

Not right now. I love the switch and I would recommend it. But don't buy right now!! In a month or so Nintendo will reveal the new version, so you should wait for that.

Imo it is reallu worth it already spend 100+ hours in 3 games, and 50+ in a handfull of other games. especially botw, smash, pokemon lets go are must have games when you buy a switch

I have two loves right now, a modded psp Vita and the switch. Both are amazing if you travel a lot.

i would wait to see what the new versions of it would be, and decide which one to buy then. but yes. it's worth it, it has great library. not only nintendo games, but a lot of other games as well. but i would also search what type of games there are for the switch, because they are usually a bit different than the rest. if you are searching for the call of duties and assassins creeds then probably no.

Get an Xbox one (s,X) build a game library, and when the next console is out get the new one and enjoy backward compatibility.

Softmodding is coming along nicely, but there's a small issuenwith the joy cons (My right one lags whenever anything is infront of it, even the dock itself....)

depends, for me i buy it and i usually play games at home, so finished zedla btw best game ever, then i shocked by 60$ skyrim, wolfenstein and doom... so if you like indies that much buy it because it is a great indie machine but playing AAA title is shitty and expensive. (so i eventually sell it)

I still use my 3ds to play pokemon now and then . Unless they stop making pokemon games for the 3ds i'm not buying it.

There may be a more powerful version coming out later this year, but the current version will be in no way obsolete because of the newer version. So best question is do you want it right now? Or later?
