Cho dạ dày heo vào tô cùng với 1.5 muỗng canh nước mắm, 1 muỗng canh hạt nêm, 1 muỗng cà phê tiêu, 1 muỗng cà phê bột nghệ, hành tím, sả, ớt rồi đeo bao tay xoa bóp đều khắp dạ dày, ướp 1 tiếng cho ngấm gia vị. Sau khi ướp, đặt xửng hấp lên bếp đun cho nước sôi, bọc kín tô đựng dạ dày bằng màng bọc thực phẩm rồi cho vào xửng hấp khoảng 50 phút cho dạ dày chín là được.
