Bắp cải tách lá, rửa sạch, cắt thành miếng vừa ăn. Làm nóng chảo với dầu ăn, cho ớt khô và hạt tiêu vào xào thơm. Sau đó cho gừng xắt lát và tỏi băm vào đảo đều. Cuối cùng là thả bắp cải vào, đảo đều tay, nêm 1 muỗng canh nước tương, 1/2 muỗng cà phê giấm đen, 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối, xào đều cho thấm gia vị khoảng 30 giây.
